03 Courgette Tarts With Burrata & Olive Oil

Courgettes

Olive Oil

Lemon zest

The Recipe

1 Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

Cut the courgetten into thin slices and bake them in the oven for 10 min.

Cut the dough into 4 pieces and place them on top of the courgette.

Prick the dough and bake for 25 min.

Flip the tarts with a spatula.

Serve with burrata, fresh basil, peper, salt, lemon zest and olive oil.
