Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush the tomatoes with a mixture of olive oil and spicy harissa. Add the cayenne pepper, black pepper & salt. Roast until the skin is almost burned. About 20/30 minutes.

Place the vegan feta, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper & salt in a food processor. Blend to create a smooth texture.

Spoon into a bowl and top with the tomatoes, almonds, parsley, lemon zest and some extra olive oil.

Serve with flatbread.
