Heat the grill and lightly brush each side of sliced bread with olive oil. Grill each side of the bread until crisp.

Combine the vegan cream cheese together with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the cream over each slice of bread.

Slice the figs and put on top of the cream. Top with fresh oregano, honey, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
